The terms, in plain words.

Last updated 30 October 2026

These are the rules for using Vivink — the app, its boards and this website. We’ve kept them short and written them so they can be read.

Your notes are yours

We keep them only to store, sync and show them where you choose.

You choose who watches

A board’s code or link lets anyone who has it follow along — or only those with its password.

Cancel any time

Monthly and Yearly stop renewing; you keep what you paid for.

Use it fairly

Nothing unlawful, nothing that harms others or the service.

01The agreement

Vivink is a handwriting studio for notes and teaching that runs in your web browser, made by WebinarGoLive. In these terms, “Vivink”, “we” and “us” mean the team behind Vivink, and “you” means the person using it.

By creating an account or using Vivink, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use Vivink for a school, an institute or a company, you confirm that you may agree to these terms for it.

02Your account

  • Give us a real name and an email address you can open — we use it to confirm your account and to reset your password.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Whatever happens in your account is your responsibility, so tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.
  • Signing in on a new device is fine — Vivink is made to be used on your phone, iPad, laptop and TV.
  • If you make your account from an invite’s link, the link confirms your email address, and you need no plan to work in what was shared with you. Your own notes need a plan of their own.

03Your notes are yours

Everything you write, draw, record or upload in Vivink stays yours. We don’t claim any ownership of it. You allow us to store it, copy it between your devices and show it to the people you choose to share it with — those watching a board, and those you invite to your notes — only so Vivink can do what you ask of it.

Make sure you have the right to use what you add — for example, the PDFs and pictures you put on your slides.

04Sharing a board

  • Anyone who has a board’s code or link can watch it — and, while your voice is on, hear you. Share them only with the people you mean to. If a session link asks for a password, only those who type it can watch.
  • Nobody you share a board with can write on it or open the rest of your notes.
  • Students can ask to speak only on a session link where you switch it on, and speak only once you allow them. You choose whether only you or everyone hears them.
  • When you show a website, everyone watching sees what is in that tab, and hears its sound if you share it. Close anything private first.
  • When a session ends, you choose to keep its link open for the notes, or to close it.
  • You are responsible for what you show and say on a shared board, including the websites you show.

05Inviting people

From Invite people, at the foot of your notes list, you can invite another person to teach with your notes.

  • You choose who, what they see and what they can do — all your notes, or only the folders and notes you pick; Can teach or Can view. Invite only people you mean to share those notes with.
  • Can teach lets them open the notes you share and write on them (it saves to your notes), show them on a TV, run Live sessions, show a website and record to their own device. Can view only lets them read them on their own screen.
  • Neither can make notes or folders in your notes, nor delete, rename, move, share or export your notes.
  • Sessions they run on your notes are yours. They run on your plan, and their attendance lists are kept in your Past sessions, marked “Run by” with their name. While they can teach with your notes, they see those sessions and their lists too; only you can delete them.
  • You can change what they see or can do, or remove them, at any time, and they lose access at once. Recordings and lists they saved on their own device stay with them, so share only what you’re happy for them to keep.
  • If you’re invited, you accept with a Vivink account for the email address the invite was sent to. What you write on someone’s notes is saved in their notes, and stays there if your access ends.

06Your students’ details

A session link can ask students for their name and up to five questions of your own. If you switch that on:

  • You decide what to ask, so ask only for what you need. Never ask for passwords, bank details or ID numbers.
  • You’re responsible for having a good reason to collect it, and for telling your students — or their parents — what you ask for and why. Follow your school’s rules and the law where you teach, especially for children.
  • Vivink keeps these details for you, shows them only to you — and, for a session someone you invited runs on your notes, to them too, while they can teach with your notes — and keeps each session until you delete it in Past sessions. Our privacy policy explains the rest.

07Using Vivink fairly

Please don’t use Vivink to:

  • share anything unlawful, hateful, or that harms or harasses others — especially children;
  • copy or share other people’s work without the right to;
  • break into other accounts or into sessions you weren’t given the password for, or attack, overload or get around the limits of the service;
  • copy Vivink itself, or resell access to it without our written agreement.

If an account breaks these rules, we may stop its sharing or close it, and we’ll tell you why.

08Plans and payments

  • Prices are set and charged in Indian rupees, plus any tax the law requires. The details are on our disclosure page.
  • Monthly and Yearly renew at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time; you keep every feature until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
  • Lifetime is a single payment for as long as Vivink is offered.
  • Payments go to WebinarGoLive, the company behind Vivink, and show under that name at checkout and on your statement.
  • People you invite need no plan to work in what you share with them. Sessions they run on your notes run on your plan.
  • If something went wrong with a payment, write to hi@vivink.com and we’ll put it right.

09Keeping copies

Vivink keeps your notes on your device and, with sync on, on our server too. We work hard to keep both safe and to keep Vivink running, but no service is never interrupted. For notes that matter, keep your own copy now and then — any note can be saved as a PDF or an image.

10Changes to Vivink

We keep improving Vivink, so features change. If we ever take away something a paid plan relies on, we’ll tell you before it happens. Features we describe as coming aren’t part of what you buy today.

11Our responsibility

We build Vivink with care, but we provide it “as it is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses — like lost income or lost time — and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for Vivink in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.

12Closing an account

You can stop using Vivink and close your account whenever you like. Notes on your devices stay there; copies on our server are removed as our privacy policy describes. If we ever have to close Vivink itself, we’ll tell you well ahead, so you can save your notes.

13Children

Vivink is used in classrooms. If you are under 18, please use Vivink with the permission of a parent, guardian or your school.

14The law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we disagree about something, please write to us first — most things are sorted out with a conversation.

15Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in Vivink or by email when a change matters.
